  2. STEP 2: dial this USSD code for checking bvn on your mobile phone – *737*6*1#
  3. STEP 3: Wait a moment, your 11-digit Bank Verification Number will be displayed on my phone.

Note: If you’re yet to register you’ll receive this information, “Sorry your number is not enrolled on the BVN platform. Thank you for using BVN service. You have been charged N20 for this service.”

This attracts a service charge N10, So make sure your have enough airtime on your mobile phone before dialing this USSD code.

This service can only work if used dialed on the mobile phone number used for the registration of your bank verification number ( BVN )
